The 22 year old graduate of the
University of the West Indies works has a Youth Empowerment Officer.
Kemesha also won Most Active in
Community and Most Culturally Aware and for the winning
prize she was awarded a 2007 Nissan March and several other prizes.
First Runner up went to Rasheen Roper, Miss Kingston and St Andrew while second runner up was Sasheena Douglas of St Mary, who also won Best Performance
Miss Congenial went Miss Clarendon Shashine DaCosta along with Best gown.
The other sectional winner was Miss Manchester Victoria Cole for Most poised.
