Snoop Lion "Reincarnated" album to be released on April 23rd

Rapper Snoop Lion highly anticipated album Reincarnated, is set to be on April 23rd

Reincarnated, which is being executive produced by Diplo and Major Lazer, features an array of artistes such as Drake, Akon, Busta Rhymes, T.I., Chris Brown, Rita Ora, Mavado among others.

Snoop Lion will also release the next "No Guns Allowed" which will feature his daughter Cori B.

"We were searching for true reggae music and the message of peace and hope it reflects," Snoop Lion said of Reincarnated. "It's so much a part of whom I am, and this record is all about paying homage and giving respect to those who created and love reggae music, and hopefully introducing it to a whole new audience. I feel truly honored to make this album and respect to all who blazed the path for me."

Reincarnated is being released by Snoop's company Berhane Sound System, in conjunction with Mad Decent, VICE Music, and RCA Records.

Also on March 15th, Snoop Lion's movie "Reincarnated" will debut. The documentary chronicles the recording while that snoop went through while recording the Reincarnated album in Jamaica.
