Kern Spencer, Former Member of Parliament Joins the Entertainment World of Reality TV

Former Member of Parliament (MP) for northeast St. Elizabeth Kern Spencer is dabbling into the Entertainment World to revolutionize the local TV landscape.

Spencer whose part of the Super K Studios, a public relations, production and marketing company that operates Best of Jamaica (BOJ) TV, are set to produce a variety of reality TV show.

In an interview with the Jamaica Gleaner Spencer stated…..

"We've been watching what has been happening on the international landscape and we noticed that reality TV is something that nobody in Jamaica is doing right now."

 

Celebz a show that is currently in production is a behind the scenes look within the lives of Jamaican celebrities and pop culture icons. Four episodes of Celebz have been shot so far, including the opening episode which features Dancehall star, Tommy Lee Sparta, who speaks openly of his ‘demon image’ as well as his ongoing feud with Alliance founder and Dancehall icon, Bounty Killer.

 

The Super K Studios has also produced Campus Vybz which began airing on BOJ TV early last month and will premiere on CVM TV in the near future. The show takes a look into the buzz and events surrounding university campuses across the island.

 

Street Link which airs on BOJ TV is another production by Super K Studios; explore the lifestyles of Jamaicans on streets and in communities nationwide. The show is set to premier on CVM TV

 

The former People’s National Party Youth Organization (PNPYO) president who involved in the Cuban light bulb scandal that first emerged in 2007.
