Miss Jamaica Florida 2012 Queens Crowned

The Miss Jamaica Florida Ambassadors 2012 were  crowned on Sunday, June 24, 2012 in Coral Springs, Florida.

The newly Crowned Ambassadors are;
Little Miss Jamaica Florida - Moana Johnson, sponsored by Phyl's Academy Preparatory School
Junior Miss Jamaica Florida - Gabrielle Brown, sponsored by Prestige Music Center
Teen Miss Jamaica Florida - Breanna McIntosh, sponsored by Hammond & Associates, Inc.
Miss Jamaica Florida - Shawnelle Brown, sponsored by Wyndham Kingston

For the Little Miss Jamaica Florida , first runners up went Adira Markes who was sponsored by Brucecojuice, while Miss National Weekly Naomi Thomas was the second runner up.

1st Runner Up  in the Miss Junior Miss Jamaica Florida  went to Moy-Lyn Chen sponsored by Farrow Law and Miss Chef Eric Best Seariann Dell Hewling was second runners up.


In the Miss Teen category, first runners up went to Jhenae White-Davis sponsored by Easton R. Douglas, DDS  while second runners up went to Justine Clarke, who wore sash of Miss Aunt I's Restaurant.

Miss Jamaica Florida  first Runner up  went to Marla Phidd who was sponsored by University Pharmacy Wellness, Inc. and  Suanne Chin sponsored by Barrington Russell Realty won second runners up

The Miss Jamaica Florida  pageant  celebrates the arts, culture and diversity in the Jamaican community of South Florida and is  open to women ages 5 - 21 years old that are Jamaican born or those of Jamaican parentage.

The winners who are referred to as Ambassadors of good will prizes include a one year reign as title holder, sash, crown, cash prizes, jewelry, official pageant paraphanalia, entry to exclusive cultural functions, a grand prize all-inclusive week long  tour of Jamaica amongst other gifts.

The competition was very biased. I would never support this pageant again. Very dissapointing that it really was not judged fairly.
