National Carnival Queen 2011 – 2012: Miss Development Bank, Kalia Huggins (431.5 points)
1st runner up - Miss Carib Brewery, Trevicia “Barbie” Adams (426 points)
2nd runner up - Miss National Bank, Desri Weekes (425 points)
In the sectional titles, Trevicia, who wore a light blue and silver one-piece, won for "Best Swimwear". She also won for "Best Evening Wear" continuing with her blue theme, this time wearing an aqua dress.

Best talent went to Desri Weekes, while the interview section won by Jody Carter, who spoke about the importance of a strong family support system, also capped the Miss Amity award.
The Miss Photogenic Award went to Markysa O’Loughlin, along with Chairman’s Award, which was shared with Kalia. Markysa also won other several titles including Miyvue.com Best Radio Interviewee, Best Television Interviewee and the People’s Choice for both interviews.
The emcee for the evening was the dynamic host of Tempo television's "Downtown Island," Jeanille Bonterre.
