Rihanna to rock at Inaugural charity ball

If dominating the pop scene for 2008 and winning a Grammy award hasn’t made Rihanna a superstar, then this sure will. The 20-year old Bajan pop princess-turned-vixen will be headlining the Recording Industry Association of America's (RIAA) charity ball on January 20, Inauguration day.
The organization announced that the Disturbia beauty will perform in Washington DC at its charity ball and all the proceeds from the RIAA after party will go towards Feeding America, the nation’s largest food-aid organization.
Vicki Escarra, president and CEO of Feeding America, and Mitch Bainwol, chairman and CEO of RIAA made the announcement on Monday.
“We are thrilled to have Rihanna's participation in the inauguration charity ball. As the prevalence of hunger in America increases at an unprecedented rate, we are most grateful to Rihanna and to RIAA for helping us bring greater visibility to this tragic reality and helping us feed millions more people in need,” Escarra said.
