Alibra makes good impact at Sting 2008

Even though all the hype surrounded the big face off between Mavado and Kartel, some first-timers at Sting made a mark that augurs well for their careers in the music industry. One such person is Five Star Recording artiste Alibra who worked early in the competitive jam-packed lineup but delivered the sparks during her brief set.

She hit the stage singing her new single Tuff It Up and got a few lighters as a response from the audience. Accompanied by the Sashga Dancers, she worked the song well, using her sultry sexuality to win over the audience.

She then segued into her big hit, Clearly, which hit a number of major charts this year. She earned a big forward to this song as the Sting massive showed love for her tight, sweet vocals.

Alibra will be shooting a video for her new single Tuff It Up this week.
