With the release of her new album  Nicki Minaj is creating history by becoming the  first Female Rapper to score a #1 album in UK , surpassing records set by Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliott and Eve.

Over the weekend Pink Friday Roman Reloaded became the fastest selling album of the year when it sold 20,000 units in the Uk with in 24 hours.

The rapper does not like to be compared to Lady Gaga, and she makes it know in an interview with ABC'S Juju Chnage for Nightline

Offends me, no. Irks me, yes," Minaj said when ABC's Juju Chang . "We are in completely different lanes."

First of all, "I'm a rapper. I'm from southside Jamaica, Queens. I could say some really crazy lyrics right now, but I won't. Why don't I turn the cameras around and ask you?"

When asked by Juju if it makes her mad.. Nicki responded...........

No. It’s just getting tiring. In the beginning I was like “ok, it’s cool. Haha, when they get to know me they’ll understand”. I mean GaGa is a fantastic artist. She’s paved her way. She’s opened her own lane. I feel like I have my own lane. And we never cross…ever.
