Rihanna goes blonde for British Vogue Cover

Writer : Caribbean E-Magazine on Monday, October 3, 2011 | 11:14 AM

Rocking a short blonde wig and Armani Prive couture Rihanna covers the November issue of British Vogue Magazine, which it stands on October 6.

The singer who is better known for her risque music videos and on stage wardrobe, tells the magazine
‘That’s not me. That’s a part I play. You know, like it’s a piece of art… I just want to make music.’

She continued to say  “See, people — especially white people — they want me to be a role model just because of the life I lead. The things I say in my songs, they expect it of me and being a role model became more of my job than I wanted it to be. But no, I just want to make music. That’s it. Look, God doesn’t give any more than you can handle. I had to get through a lot of ups and downs – big downs – and a lot of trial and error to get where I am now.”

Do you love her new blonde look?

Rihanna seemed to not know the meaning of "role model'. When you are in the public eys, one automatically become a role model. You are an Ambassador for youth and culture of our country, that alone makes you a role model. Kids and teenagers alike look up to you and they pattern your behaviour.
