According to investigators from Major Investigation Taskforce (MIT), after questioning Kartel in the presence of his lawyer and he was later with murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of firearm.
On July 11, 2011, it is believed that Kartel along with other members conspired to murder 27-year-old ‘Bossie’ a business man from St Catherine. He was gun down while standing with friends along Walkers Avenue in Gregory Park.
Vybz Kartel will appear in the Half-Way-Tree Resident Magistrate Court tomorrow.
