Entertainers from across Jamaica will be in Japan to perform in a concert series entitled "Jamaica Rocks” and will be playing in 24 cities commencing September 9.
Launched by the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture, “Jamaica Rocks” will be featuring cultural performances such as kumina, revival and dinki mini, mixed with folk, Mento , Ska, Rocksteady, Reggae and Dancehall.
The list of performers includes Tessanne Chin, Abijah, dancers Marlon Simms, Chelcia Creary and Javana Rowe; musicians Seretse Small, Courtney Sinclair, and Everton Pessoa.
