Miss T&T Universe 2011, is Gabrielle Walcott

The newly crown Miss Trinidad & Tobago Universe is Gabrielle Walcott, who is former who was second runner-up at the 2008 Miss World Pageant in South Africa.

The 26-year-old beauty will represent T&T at the Miss Universe Pageant, in São Paulo, Brazil, on September 12.  Gabrielle  has a Bachelor of Arts in visual and theatre arts and has done theatre and screen acting in New York City, USA.

During our recent poll on our Gabrielle was also  chosen as the favourite to win the title , with 47% of the vote.  First runner-up  was Shinequa Francis, who represented Roxborough, and second runner-up  was 24 year old LaTisha Hospedales, who represented Carnbee.


23 year Shinequa Francis won the prizes for Best Physique and Top Model T&T, while Miss Congeniality was Jessica Didier and most Photogenic Renee Bhagweeden
