Miss Caribbean World 2011 is Miss St. Kitts and Nevis Sudeakka Francis.

The newly crowned  Miss Caribbean World 2011 is Miss St. Kitts and Nevis Sudeakka Francis.First Runner-Up was Miss Anguilla, Shellya Rogers who also took  Miss Intellect title, which carried 90 points towards the final score.

Miss Dominica, Jacintha Fagan, was Second Runner-Up, and also walked away with,  Best Evening Wear and Miss Photogenic. 

Third Runner-Up was Miss USVI Terussa Thomas, while Miss Jamaica Raecine Williams and Miss Trinidad and Tobago Sherrice Andrews, the youngest contestant  tied for the Fourth place. Sherrice  also won the Best Costume award.

The Best Swimwear award went to Miss St. Lucia, Iva Satney, while Miss Antigua and Barbuda, Shenique Barry along with  Miss USVI Terussa Thomas tied for the Miss Congeniality award.

Other delegates at the pageant were Miss Bahamas, Lakindis Brown; Miss Cuba, Anna Beathiz Martinez-Tapia; Miss Dominican Republic, Luz Esther Geremy Misses; Miss Nicaragua, Iris Oreadana; and Miss British Virgin Islands, Sheroma Hodge.
