Miss Bahamas 2011 Pageant winners crowned

The Miss Bahamas 2011 Pageant was held at the Atlantis Theatre on Paradise Island on Sunday, May 1st. The evening's performance was opened with a dance number to coincide with the theme of this year's beauty pageant, "All that jazz"
Twenty three year Sasha Joyce was crowned Miss Bahamas World 2011. She will represent the country in Miss World 2011.
Anastagia Pierre , 22 years of  walked away with the title of  Miss Bahamas Universe 2011. She will represent Bahamas in Miss Universe 2011 in Brazil.

Anastagia Pierre, is a former Miss Florida USA and had previously competed in the Miss Intercontinental Contest where she was the  second runner up
The runner ups  in the pageant were Darronique Young for Miss Bahamas World and Shari Deiva for Miss Bahamas Universe
