International dancehall artiste Shaggy is flying up several European charts at present. His collaboration "Fly High"with Gary Nesta Pine, is already climbing charts in Austria, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal and Switzerland. Shaggy recently completed a two month tour of Europe.
