Grapefruit Gimlet

Ingredients

2 ounces freshly squeezed
ruby red grapefruit juice
·
2 ounces gin
·
1 tablespoon simple syrup
Directions
Add the grapefruit juice, gin and simple
syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and vigorously shake for 30
seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with a small
triangle wedge of grapefruit.

1 1/2 oz. Rye
(Rittenhouse 100pf)
·
1.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
·
.5 oz Grand Marnier
·
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
·
1 lemon twist, for
garnish.
Add ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, stir and strain in a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with zest of lemon.
Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

oz brandy
·
3/4
oz ruby port
·
3/4
oz orange juice
·
4
oz Champagne
Preparation:
·
Pour
the brandy, port and orange juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake
well.
·
Strain
into a Champagne flute.
·
Top
with Champagne.
Cosmopolitan Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 oz vodka1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz Rose's® lime juice
1/2 oz cranberry juice
Shake vodka, triple sec, lime and
cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass,
garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve.
Ingredients
4 oz Champagne1 splash Campari® bitters
1 sugar cube
1 drop Angostura® bitters
Place a drop of
angostura bitters on a sugar cube and drop into a champagne flute. Add
champagne and splash of campari.

1 cl vodka1 cl grenadine syrup
10 cl Champagne
Stir vodka and
grenadine with ice. Pour into a champagne-flute without the ice. Fill up with champagne
