Bahamian Theodore Elyett Wins Mission Catwalk Season Three

Bahamian designer Theodore Elyett rules the catwalk as he emerged winner of Mission Catwalk Season Three, beating out 14 designers from around the Caribbean.

Three finalist competed for the title; Elyett, David Rolle of The Bahamas who was placed second  and Renardo Lloyd of Jamaica at Trident Castel in Port Antonio, Jamaica.. .

As the winner of Mission Catwalk Season 3 Elyett will receive a one-year contract with Global Purchasing Company; a full service buying office in New York. Global Purchasing Company represents over eighty boutiques across the United States and will represent our Caribbean designers in this market He will also receive $500K JMD funding to start a clothing line, industrial sewing equipment, a Samsung galaxy Note II, a contract to sell his designs at Lee’s Fifth Avenue, a fashion editorial in 6 Carlos Magazine and a scholarship to pursue a fashion program at London College Of Fashion

Previous winners were
Shenna Carby and Gregory Williams respectively, both from Jamaica.
