To firm your jaw, neck, and throat


Try the “Kiss the Ceiling” move every day: slowly tilt your head back, pucker up, and try to kiss the ceiling; count to 15. Do for 2 minutes

For a radiant complexion


Slice a few grapes in half and rub the cut sides over clean skin. Grapes contain acids are natural exfoliators

Baking Soda to Exfoliate Your Face


Bakingsoda contains tiny granules of sodium bicarbonate that when use of the buff away pore-clogging dead skin cells. It is also gentle enough for all skin types baking has slightly antiseptic properties that will ward off breakouts

Make a thin paste with 4 tsp baking soda and 1 Tbsp water, let it sit for 2 minutes, then apply it in small, circular motions to your moistened face (avoiding the eye area) and neck. After 3 minutes, rinse clean with warm water and then follow up with a splash of cold water to close your pores. Finish with a dollop of your regular daily moisturizer

Remove Dry Patches
Lemon is excellent remedy for rough, scaly skin as the citric acid removes dead skin cells to expose softer skin

Slice a lemon in half and rub the cut side over your elbows, heels or knees for a few seconds, then rinse.


Olive Oil Deep Hair Conditioning Mask
This is an excellent treatment if you swim in a chlorinated pool on a regular basis. Beat two eggs (three for long hair) and add in three tablespoons of olive oil. Add your favorite essential oils for fragrance (optional.) Apply a liberal amount to hair from root to tip. Wrap hair in warm towel and rest for about 30 minutes. After you rinse, you will notice how soft, shiny and manageable your hair will be. Do once a month (twice for dry hair
