The Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival 2012, will be produce by a new company, Art of Music Productions (AMP), the announcement was made yesterday a at the Iberostar Suites , in Montego Bay. The event will be held from January 26-28, in Montego Bay
Under the new management, the festival is promising a great line of talents, Canadian International superstar, Celine Dion will be the headline act, also, former Destiny Child singer Kelly Rowland, Jamaican-Canadian Jully Black and Jazz singer Nicole Henry.
Local act, in celebration of Jamaica's 50th year of Independence, will be performing on Thursday’s line up to the rich sounds that have shaped Jamaica’s music over the past 50 years: Acts include Toots Hibbert, Marcia Griffiths, Yellow Man, Shaggy, John Holt and Half Pint.
