Rihanna files lawsuit against Realtor

It is reported that Rihanna is suing Prudential California Realty, the company from whom she purchased a $6.9 million home in 2009..

According to the law suit, Rihanna claims that after a 2010 rainstorm water leaked into several rooms of the house from a balcony that lacks the proper slope and drainage., which cause damages and left the home "uninhabitable.''

Rihanna is also alleging that the Prudential  and several companies that designed and inspected the home, failed to informed her  of construction defects that made the residence conducive to flooding.

The lawsuit also states that  Landmark Design Group, which remodeled the home, has failed to make necessary repairs.

Rihanna is suing for  professional negligence, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract and breach of implied warranty and is asking for unspecified damages, plus interest, court costs and attorneys’ fees.
