The Miss Earth Jamaica pageant is pleased to announce the search for Jamaica’s Environmental Ambassador. We are on a quest to find a beautiful woman who can do well on the international stage. She will represent Jamaica at the third most prestigious pageant in the world.  Miss Earth will be held in Pattaya, Thailand on November 12th. The winner of Miss Earth will serve spokesperson for the Miss Earth Foundation, the United Nation Environmental Programme (UNEP) and other environmental organizations.

Miss Earth Jamaica is open to females between the ages of 18-26, who are unmarried, never given birth: minimum height of 5ft 4; possess beauty of face and proportionate body structure: outgoing and friendly; excellent physical condition; has knowledge of her country’s culture and environment; shall either be born in Jamaica or of Jamaican parentage.

Last year Eighty-four contestants from various countries competed for the title. Nicole Faria , a model from India walked away with the prestigious crown. “The event was broadcasted live by Star World, VTV, ABC CBN, Studio 23, The Filipino Channel and other partner networks.”

“We want to bring home the crown this year as such we are appealing to sponsors to come on board to make this pageant a success. This is our opportunity to sell Jamaica to billions of viewers around the world and chance to cop this prestigious international title.”
