Nicki Minaj to join vocal cast of " Ice Age: Continental Drift,"

It is reported that Nicki Minaj will be joining the latest animated film Ice Age - Continental Drift. She will joining the Age vocal cast along Queen Latifah, Wanda Sykes who will voice Granny and Aziz Ansari to voice Squint, a prehistoric rabbit who believes he’s tougher than he actually is.

Minaj having graduated from LaGuardia High School of Music, Art & Performing Arts inQueens, majored in drama 

Rapper Drake  will also join the cast as the voice Ethan, a “handsome young woolly mammoth who has his eye on Peaches, daughter to Manny and Ellie voice by Keke Palmer.

Another new comer American Idol judge Jennifer  Lopez, will play Shira, a sabre-toothed tigeress who falls for Leary’s surly Diego.
Minaj also confirmed via MTV news, that she will indeed join the cast. In the interview she  said "I don't know how much I can talk about that, but I came about that when my agency sent me out on an audition for some people who wanted to hear me," she recalled. "They knew I liked animation, they knew I liked to do voices, and so they said they were doing that so I thought, 'This is amazing.' "
