Positive feedback to Leba's Intoxicated album
After years of honing her musical chops as lead singer of the girl group 54-46 and as a backup singer for her famous father, reggae pioneer Toots Hibbert, singer Leba Hibbert has come full circle with the release of her debut solo album Intoxicated.

The album was released more than a month ago, and has been doing well on ITunes.  The physical CD has been well-received by music lovers and according to Leba, she is quite pleased at the response to the album.

"I am very pleased with the feedback I have been getting and to see that people are enjoying good quality music, it motivates any musician to continue on the same path," Leba said in a release to the media.

The singer is currently on a two month promotional tour of the United States where she has been promoting the album.

Intoxicated contains 15 tracks. It features production work from a handful of luminaries whose track records have maintained universal appeal.  The album has been released on the Nyana Records imprint.
Most of the tracks were written or co-written by Hibbert.  However, a few covers were thrown in for good measure.

Leba recently performed on the National Labour Day concert at the Emancipation Park in New Kingston.
