After a record breaking S&M remix with Britney Spears, Rihanna has made history with 10 number one's the Hot 100. Rihanna is the first artiste to have a lead single go #1 after her 2nd single What's My Name? featuring Drake went #1 on the Hot 100.
Billboard notes that Rihanna has now achieved the shortest span between a solo artist’s first and 10th #1 singles in the Hot 100’s 52-year history. (She did so in four years, 11 months and two weeks.) She’s also the youngest artist (23) to rack up 10 #1s.
Their collaboration on “S&M” has already scored some serious sales, but it seems Rihanna and Britney Spears won’t be making a video together.
We’ve listed all of Rihanna’s chart-topping singles below.
1. “SOS” (2006)
2. “Umbrella” (2007)
3. “Take A Bow” (2008)
4. “Disturbia” (2008)
