Bajan fashion Designer Sophia Clarke as the first Barbadian to participate in the Caribbean American Fashion Exchange – CAFE This year event will take place on May 26-29, 2011 , where designers get at chance to meet buyers, retailers, and press to display their designs and accessories.
Along with Barbados, fashion designers from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, The Bahamas, and Trinidad & Tobago are scheduled to participate in the CAFE 2011 program. The CFTM will include fashion presentations and seminars for the regional design community.
