Bounty Killer was yesterday granted bail to the of $500,000, and his travel documents were surrendered tot he court.
He appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court to answer to the charges of possession of and smoking marijuana along with unlawful wounding. Bounty Killer is schedule to report to the Constant Spring Police Station on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 6 a.m and 6 p.m. His trial begins on November 9th.
Terrence Ballentine, the lawyer for the victim Racquel Smith , told the judge that his client is requesting the matter to go to mediation, and that she want to continue her relationship with the deejay. But Senior Magistrate Judith Pusey dismissed the request.
