Meet Miss Caribbean World 2010 Contestants

Miss Anguilla
Meet Miss Anguilla Sangrena Harris, an Executive Secretary who enjoys Dancing, reading, playing tennis. She stands 5´8" tall and is a member of the Rotaract Club of Anguilla and the Anguilla National Youth Council. Her dream is to one day become the Permanent Secretary of Education in Anguilla.






Miss Antigua & Barbuda
Ryancia Henry is 5´6" tall; her hobbies include dancing, singing, playing the steel pan and talking on the phone. A member and lead soloist in her church's youth choir the 'Glory Alley choir' she plans to pursue a career in banking and Finance but would also take a chance at Journalism. One of her secret dreams is to become an actress.








Miss BVI
Josefina Nunez is a Customer Service Manager who enjoys Swimming, Acting, Reading and meeting new people. She loves to express her emotions through writing, because she hopes to become an author some day. Josefina would love to meet Joyce Meyers, because through her books she have learned how to empower her inner self, live life positively and overcome all challenges in her life. One of her dreams is to earn an MBA in hotel management and to someday own a five star hotel.






Miss Barbados
Dannyele Teneel Leslie is a Law and Political Science Student at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. Her hobbies include writing songs, singing, spending quality time with family and friends, and meeting new and interesting people. She has a desire to lead and would like to meet the President of the United States.







Miss Bahamas
Marissia Pratt is 5´9" tall her hobbies include travelling, dancing and modeling. Presently she is a student and is employed as an Accounts Clerk with Brass & Leather Co Ltd. Her dream is to one day become a super model.




Miss Cuba
Jenny Arzola loves everything about life and enjoys shopping, dancing, modeling, working out, and going to the beach. One of her future plans is to become a News Anchor for a major network, this would be a stepping stone for her to try and help those in need as she has been through a lot in her life and know what hard work and dedication means.

Miss Dominica
Marcia Baptiste is a graduate of the Clifton Dupigny Community College. One of her life goals is becoming an independent young lady. She is eager to work in the Criminal Justice field as crime is on the rise and professionals in this field are needed in Dominica.


Marcia is also concerned about the increasing incidence of diabetes in the Caribbean, particularly due to persons who adopt unhealthy lifestyles.
Miss Dominican Republic
Carolina Mora decena is a marketing University Student. Her hobbies includes dancing, playing volley ball, going to the beach. Her future plans are to complete her Marketing degree and to put her Marketing career into practice while continuing her path as a model. The person she admires most is Miss Universe Amelia Vega who had beauty and intelligence to take the crown to the Dominican Republic.



Miss Grenada
Renee Marquez works at a Bank as a Customer Service Representative who enjoys dancing, choreography, dramatizing, singing, modeling, travelling, going to the beach, reading, and poetry writing. Renee wants to become a certified Pediatrician, pursue a degree in dance and in her later years publish several books to inspire young minds. Her secret dream is to find a cure for Cancer and Heart Disease.




Miss Guyana
Kaierouann Radix enjoys scuba diving, Singing, Dancing, Swimming, Reading, Flower arranging, travelling, cooking, Dance Choreography. After the completion of her master´s degree in International relations and Diplomacy in London she hopes to work in the area of Human Rights. Kaierouann isvery interested in the aspect of the treatment of children and their fundamental rights, she is a passionate person in her values and morals and she is totally committed to fulfilling her dreams while contributing and playing her part to make this world a better place for future generations to enjoy



Miss Jamaica
Lesa-gayle Wee Tom hobbies include dancing, cheerleading, reading, volunteering at local charities and shopping. Lesa-gale plans to make a mark on the world by making a difference in people´s lives. She hope´s to one day be a very famous actress, and to use her fame and fortune to open an orphanage.


 
 
 

  Miss Margarita Island
Angelica Hernandez enjoys dancing and reading meeting people and different cultures. She enjoys doing charitable work in her community. Angelica would like to meet Luis Fonsi from Puerto Rico, because he is a very spiritual person and likes to help others.
 






Miss Puerto Rico

Riccia M. Burgos Avilan enjoys dancing, playing volleyball, going to the beach and spending time with her loved ones. One of her dreams is to become a therapist. She would have loved to meet Abraham Lincoln because he fought for the rights of those who were pushed away because they were different




Miss St. Kitts
Fatisha Imo is a Dance Instructor of La Galaxy- Midwestern State University. Fatisha would like to become a successful Accountant. She wants to leave an indelible mark on the world by providing and granting opportunities to children who are unable to get an education.





Miss St. Lucia

Glenda Kimberlyn Abbott is an entertainment coordinator who enjoys dancing, singing, reading, zip lining, and playing netball. Ms. Abbott is an employee at Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa with a secret dream of obtaining a Master´s degree in Hospitality. She also hopes to one day visit Africa.





Miss Trinidad and Tobago
Jeuel-Marie Green-Thompson wishes to share her experiences with young ones and provide a platform for them to fulfil their dreams. Jeuel enjoys dancing, modelling, travelling and martial arts. Her future plans are to have a well develop dance school that would be able to issue college scholarship to student.




Miss USA
Meagan Small enjoys dancing, singing, cheerleading and mentoring. A student at Florida International University, she hopes to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a minor in Hospitality. One of her goals is to be an E! Entertainment correspondent, with her own show.




Miss USVI
Tamika Nicole Narissa Joseph born on the island of St. Thomas, is a freshman at the University of the Virgin Islands studying Elementary Education. She likes to dance, read and play instruments. Currently she takes jazz ballet and hip hop dance classes. She also plays the clarinet and piano. Her favorite color is yellow. She hopes to teach in the Virgin Islands Educational System and hopes to be teacher of the year 2025. Tamika admires her mother Erma Lake. She is the second of three children, her younger sister is Shaniqua and her older brother is Stephen. She loves her niece SaNaya. She grew up in a single family home as her father died when she was very young. Tamika´s loves pageant and uses this as a way to overcome her shyness.




On Saturday March 27, 2010 the Multipurpose Sports Complex will come alive as delegates from throughout the Caribbean and the USA compete for the prestigious title of Miss Caribbean World.


Come on out and witness the crowning of the 5th Miss Caribbean World Queen.

Tickets go on sale March 15th at ticket outlets - Bolos, Speedy´s, and the Multipurpose Sports Complex.

Tickets are $25 @ the door $30.
