Papa San’s gospel music show at Makerere University Sports Ground has attracted hundreds of revelers from all walks of life. San, Jamaica’s lyrical DJ is staging a three day gospel concert at Makerere University Sports Ground.
The show kicked off on the night of Friday October 9th and it will end on Sunday 11th 2009. San’s concert is dubbed ‘Independence Day’ retreat. It has attracted fans especially university students, lecturers and people from well to do families.
The Jamaica’s fastest lyrical speaking DJ is accompanied by about six instrumentalists and vocalists from United States of America. Fans who are adults are paying 10,000 shillings and children 5,000 shillings each to watch San’s moving shows. San last visited Uganda in 2006. The DJ is the person behind More Life, Strange, Good Love and Step Pon Di Enemy fame among others.
