Through vision and tenacity Fashozy Records was brought to life 3 years ago as a label primarily dedicated to Reggae balladeer Da’Ville. Producing such hits as “Always On My Mind”, "Can't Get Over You", and many other crowd pleasing favourites, the team at Fashozy Records have become known for their production. The recent release of Da’Ville’s chart topping song “Never Gonna Cry” caused Fashozy Records production wing to include a roster of artists on the Dragon Stout Riddim!

Originally produced several months ago but recently released, Da’Ville’s song and riddim immediately received Love from Radio and Sound System selectors world-wide. Fashozy then decided to feature a few selected artists on the riddim, but when other artists heard it, they did not hesitate to ask if they could be featured.

Performances by Da’Ville, Stacious, Vegas, Tony Matterhorn, DeMarco, Mr. G and GC (Goldenchyl), are vibes filled, and a true reflection of the artists talent, and energy in the studio when recording. When asked about her thoughts on the riddim, ZJ Elektra from Zip FM in Jamaica said “this riddim is one of the hottest to rock for this summer,” which was also echoed by Toronto’s DJ Wiz who has been mixing “Never Gonna Cry” with Tony Matterhorn’s song, “Survivor,” for the past few weeks. “The song ‘Survivor’ is dedicated to all Mothers which is why I endorse it to the fullest,” said Wiz. DJ Dalton Leight of Hitz 92fm, also in Kingston Jamaica, says, “The riddim is a well presented production with cross over appeal. It should go far!”

Songs from Tony Matterhorn, Mr. G, DeMarco and Stacious were recorded at Versatyle Studios in Kingston, Jamaica. Vegas’s song was recorded at Masterlee's Studio also in Kingston, Jamaica, and GC was voiced at Goldenchyl Studio’s in New York City.

“The vibes and unity amongst the artists in the studio was amazing,” said producers O. Thomas and J. Brown. “We are proud that the riddim brought out the best in everyone!”The Dragon Stout Riddim was released to a network of over 1,000 international Radio DJ’s, and over 800 Sound System Selectors through the L3 Music Distribution Service, and received over 400 downloads in it’s first 2 hours of availability
